Today, I’m going to share my RIDICULOUSLY Easy Chicken Parmesan Recipe! The best part? It only has three ingredients! Actually, the best part is that it’s absolutely delicious. My kids ask for this one at least once a week. I’m happy to oblige, because it’s quick and oh, so easy to make. Plus, (please don’t tell them this) it’s pretty darn healthy!
Here are the ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar pasta sauce
Fresh mozzarella cheese (I use pre-sliced)
Step four: place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top of each chicken breast
What you will pull from the oven will be chicken in a delicious sauce, covered with melted, perfectly gooey cheese!
Serve it with some pasta (I usually make Rigatoni), and you have an easy and mouth watering meal! Just look at that cheese!!
Bonus points for adding a veggie or salad and some crusty bread!
Seriously, could this be any easier? It would almost be embarrassing if it weren’t so freaking delicious!! My whole family loves it, and it isn’t breaded or fried, so it is a much healthier version of the old standby.
